Fuel 21 update

This past weekend was busy and exciting, I stayed true to my food list but did eat out for about three meals. BBQ, a ribeye from 24hr diner , and celebration fajita after the very successful Kettlebell challenge. At the house it was eggs, meat, and veggies all day everyday. Last night I restock the fridge with a pound of grass fed beef, center cut beef steaks, bacon, and two pounds of chicken thighs with skin. Couple pounds of brussell sprouts, boc choy and a few pounds leafy greens. With a menu like this I'm looking forward to eating at the house everyday.
Results are happening and people are noticing, making everyday of the challenge easier.

way to hang in there on a weekend. The weekends are really tough for me to stick to it.
