
After talking with Coach Crystal Nelson, I am clear on what to do for the next eight days. 15-12 hour fast with a 8 hour window to eat. My schedule will change day to day. Sunday my last meal was at 9pm, I fast for 13 hours, than 8oz turkey/brisket with a whole avocado at 10:30am. Worked and played like normal having Mondays last meal at 5:30pm, 4 chicken thighs with skin, 2 cups mushrooms, onions, 8oz gauc, and 1 pound brussell sprouts with coconut oil. Later before bed a serving of fish oil. I rise at 4:30am after a 12 hours fast and have a large breakfast of 5 eggs, 4 piece bacon, a whole avocado, and 6oz turkey sausage. Feeling very satisfied. Next meal will be at 2:30pm post coaches wod, I'm thinking 8oz buffalo, 2 chicken thighs, green yellow zucchini and coconut butter. If I get hungry I will have pecans and walnuts with a protein no later then 5pm, tell the next meal around 8 or 10am Friday.
